All items from the Juillet x Lilly Sisto Collaboration are not eligible for return refunds or store credit.

Exchanges may be made for another item within the Juillet x Lilly Sisto Collaboration collection, subject to availability. Exchanges are available while supplies last and cannot be guaranteed.

At Juillet, we are committed to creating thoughtfully made pieces while minimizing waste. As part of our dedication to sustainability, we offer store credit only for eligible returns and do not provide refunds.

By encouraging mindful purchasing decisions, we can help reduce the environmental impact of excess production and discarded apparel while continuing to offer exclusive, high-quality products.

Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes, modifications, or cancellations.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of wear, including pulls, snags, stretching, stains, odors, or damage.

• Swimwear must be tried on over undergarments only.

• All swimwear must have the protective hygiene liner fully intact and unremoved.

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. If an item does not meet the above requirements and fails our quality check, the return will be rejected and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back.

Full-Priced Items

Eligible for store credit only when returned within 30 days and in accordance with the return requirements above.

Final Sale Items

All sale items, discounted merchandise, and final sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, store credit, or exchanges.

Sales & Promotions

Any item purchased using a promotional discount code or marked on sale is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.

Sales and promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

First Time Customer Discount:

Our first-time customer welcome discount does not make an item final sale. Items purchased using this discount remain eligible for store credit in accordance with our standard return policy.
