COVID SHIPPING UPDATES
We do our best to get packages out within 48 hours of receipt of the order from our Los Angeles Warehouse (with the exception of weekends and holidays.) Please note that due the current Covid-19 there is a slight delay in processing our orders. Please allow up to an additional 3 business days from the Estimated Delivery Date. We ship via USPS and all shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once the package has been delivered we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Juillet purchase.
If for any reason, you would like to return or receive store credit, you are welcome to return it to us within 18 days of receiving your order. Items received outside of this period may not be accepted.
We have the following options available:
Full Priced Items: Refund or Store Credit.
Final Sale Items: Final sale and discounted items are final sale, no exceptions.
Step 1: Email us with your return request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 2: We will send you the address to ship your return back to, using your preferred shipping carrier. This is at your expense. We recommend choosing a service that is trackable.
Step 3: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund
or credit code and send you email confirmation.
If you purchase from outside of the USA, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. For more information, we recommend getting in contact with your local customs office. We are required to declare and include the correct invoice including the full value paid on all Juillet orders for customs.
