SHIPPING
We do our best to get packages out within 48 hours of receipt of the order from our Los Angeles Warehouse (with the exception of weekends and holidays).
We ship via USPS or UPS, and all shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once the package has been delivered, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Furthermore, if your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your provided address, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping provider.
We cannot assist with any lost or stolen packages once the item has been delivered.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you purchase from outside of the USA, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated with your own country. For more information, we recommend getting in contact with your local customs office. We are required to declare and include the correct invoice, including the full value paid on all Juillet orders for customs.
We currently do not offer return labels for international orders. If you wish to return an item, you the buyer, are responsible for the shipment back to our warehouse. Please contact customercare@juillet.com for more information.
