To start a return, please use the link below.
We do our best to get packages out within 48 hours of receipt of the order from our Los Angeles Warehouse (with the exception of weekends and holidays.) Please allow up to an additional 3 business days from the Estimated Delivery Date. We ship via USPS or UPS and all shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once the package has been delivered we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Juillet purchase.
If for any reason, you would like to return or receive store credit, you are welcome to return it to us within 20 days of the original order date. Items received outside of this period may not be accepted.
We encourage all customers to please try on their Juillet bikini with under garments before making any final decisions on returning- this is to avoid potential discrepancies to the product. Any items that are returned in any condition other than how it was received will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, no exceptions.
We have the following options available:
Full Priced Items: Refund or Store Credit.
Final Sale Items: Final sale and discounted items are final sale, no exceptions.

SALES: All items purchased with a discount code or items that are on sale are FINAL SALE. No exceptions. Sales cannot be credited to past orders. This excludes our first time customer discount code.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If you purchase from outside of the USA, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. For more information, we recommend getting in contact with your local customs office. We are required to declare and include the correct invoice including the full value paid on all Juillet orders for customs.
